Gaia’s – a tribute to the warm soul of a grandmother and also means Earth Mother in Greek, honours the life-giving force of nature and the spirit of the ancient East. The soul is rooted in the fertile lands of Langkasuka, where trade, resilience, and strong women shaped history.
Inspired by grandmother’s kitchen in Northern Malaysia, where Thai-influenced spices danced over rice and mixed dishes, Gaia’s carries her legacy of warmth, flavour, and connection. Her half-Thai heritage and stories of Kedah are woven into every plate we serve.
We bring the warmth of home into the restaurant — the comfort of familiar flavours, the welcome of a shared table, and the quiet joy of being cared for. Each dish is prepared not just to be eaten, but to be felt.
